All ticket purchases, whether made online or in person, are considered final at the time of purchase. Riverbend Concerts does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. Tickets are non-transferable for refund purposes. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review event details prior to purchase.
WEATHER & EVENT CONDITIONS
Riverbend Concerts is an outdoor event series and takes place rain or shine. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept the risk of weather-related conditions.
No refunds will be issued in the event of:

Inclement weather (including rain, wind, smoke, or temperature conditions)

Changes in scheduled performance times

Artist lineup changes or substitutions

Event delays or interruptions

Cancellation or modification of a concert due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, emergencies, public safety concerns, or governmental restrictions
Force Majeure
Riverbend Concerts is not responsible for events outside of its control that may impact the ability to hold or complete a scheduled concert. In such cases, ticket holders acknowledge that no refunds or compensation will be provided.
